This shoulder tape is pretty easy to align and put on. I'm used to cutting strips to the desired length, rounding the corners, and sticking the pieces where I need them. This shoulder shape is definitely easier and it's nice to just place it and go. The stickiness is medium strength compared to other brands I've used. I've gotten less adhesive rashes from this one, but it also doesn't stay as long as some of the other stickier options.

I felt immediate relief once it was on. It was so effective that I could resume competitor jiu-jitsu, even competing in the Wold Masters Championship. I have recommended this product to everyone I know that has knee issues. It’s amazing!!

These are great for my shoulders. they do work and last for awhile, even after the shower. They stick nicely and don't leave and residue when you take it off

The knee tape gave me just the support I needed. Felt relief immediately. A little tricky to get on just right. Also will get a little expensive for every day wear.

This tape is on par with name brands. It works effectively for my shoulder when I play volleyball, and it's easy to apply and remove without any mess. It adheres well and provides excellent support. Using it allows me to play longer and more frequently, which is definitely a plus. My wife has also used it for her pregnancy bands and swears by its effectiveness.

Have had difficulty putting the knee pro on and already wasted a pair. The tape loses it ability to adhere to my skin too easily.

I am using kinesiology tape on my foot for a persistent and highly annoying tendonitis. These precut strips for the hip work just fine for me when cut in half and placed in the appropriate location on my foot. They stick well and most of the time will stay in place for 2-3 days. Kinesiology tape is expensive, there's no getting around it, and precut tape is even more so. The cost is somewhat offset by the fact that you can leave it on for several days, but this style at about $2.50 per application is on a par with using a plain roll. I recommend this product.

Applying these ankle ones are a little awkward initially to put on by yourself but I have now mastered it! The quality of the tape and the glue to keep them attached is great. They are VERY comfortable once you get them on...initially you kind of notice them but then, eventually, you don't even feel them! I get a lot of pain relief from these! Ordering was simple and shipping was fast. Highly recommend!!!

Good, did not get tight feeling. I like that I can adjust the fit to my knee. No binding or riding up. Last several days even with showering.

This tape works very well. Helped a lot with my foot pain and I felt my posture getting better since I wasn't distributing weight abnormally on my feet. The tape didn't fully stick though and started coming off immediately in one place. After cutting that part off, the remaining tape worked fine.

As always great quality, easy to use and long lasting and effective.

I truly love that I discovered these!! They actually, for me, help to alleviate some of the pain in my ankle so I reach for pain relievers less often now!

I used to purchase the wider rolls but they dont have them anymore. I wish they would bring those back

Exactly what I needed. I used to try to tape it myself. But these pre cut ones specific for those areas of my body was exactly what I needed and save me hours trying to do it myself.

This precut version is quite effective but does need some minor practice to perfect application. Thank you for the one piece design.

I’ve been using these strips for a couple of years now as Achilles protection during tennis doubles. At nearly 78, I’ve come to rely on them fully and can enjoy fearless although careful play twice a week for two hours. They are somewhat pricey but show good consistency. I wish the mini strips I use for my fingers were still available although I bought a large quantity of them

Not too sure about this tape as on my first 3 tries it rolled off in less than a day, so with so much left on my first roll I can’t really give a good review. I purchased 3 rolls with 1 free roll so I will try another colour and see what that brings.

I had a meniscus tear in left knee which didn't require surgery but I had a lot of pain and couldn't do my normal exercise routine for 5 weeks. After resting the knee I still had some pain and remembered I had used Spidertech before on my shoulder. I've been using the pre-cut knee tape and I've had good results - much less pain and better flexibility. I love the "how to apply" video which made it easy to apply correctly. I am confident with continued use of the knee tape, I will be pain free.

I realized after I bought it that it would not help in my situation. I am sure it is very useful for its intended purpose.

Love the new packaging. Don't love the new product outline for purchasing. Missing being able to purchase sleeves of rolls rather than only individual. Also, price seems to be significantly higher, which, as a healthcare facility who use these often, has a big impact

It pealed around the edges, back side. Maybe the next one will be better.

Not as durable as I thought, frays easily. 1-2 days wear only
