A little difficult to apply (I have a larger size leg). I do feel more stability in my knee with it in.

I use the tape roll on my hands/wrists & ankles/foot. I work in a grocery store & repetitive movement packing groceries causes wrist pain (after having two ganglion surgeries). I do have a wrist guard but find the tape is not as restrictive. So the tape roll is convenient and works great. Having weak ankles, I find the tape great for my foot/ankle for support. I have loved the Spidertech tape for several years. During PT before and after knee replacement surgery the tape was the best at giving me the support I needed. I'm in the rehab stage and doing well but I still love the stability and support I get from this Full Knee product, I use it when at the gym and for my daily walking, you can't go wrong with this product!

I never thought that a tape would be very beneficial to helping my neck and shoulder....was I ever wrong, it alleviates pain and makes it easier to work and sleep with little to no pain. Great product.

I can cut the tape to the length I need; it’s easy to apply by tearing the paper backing while it’s on the tape and folding the backing over to make tabs; it’s flexible, breathable and has reasonable skin adhesion for the day; and comes in fun colours! Most importantly, it seems to work! I taped one knee up for a big hike and the knee still felt like new by the end of the hike! The muscles surrounding the knee were tired, of course, but sharp knee pain was not present.

Good to support my joints when I play badminton.

This product works extremely well on a bad knee. Wrap it up and good to go. I have many colours and widths so mix it up. I wrap the knee first and then put on a compression sock to cover the lower part of the wrapping and it works beautifully. Very sturdy. John in Wasaga Beach.

My wife and I cut them in 1/2 plus cut a slit in the center for an airway and use them to keep our mouths closed during sleep. We've used them for a couple of years now and have improved our sleep and reduced dry mouth in the morning. There use also cuts down snoring to quiet air movement without the usual snore sounds.

I discovered Spidertech 12 years ago it has helped with injuries I had from 1975 and has allowed me to continue to do my workouts and daily tasks with greater range of motion and less physically challenges. I also found it highly effective for swelling from injuries, edema. This could also be used for other health challenges including seniors and swelling.

I have some pretty gnarly upper back issues & thought I’d try these out. After watching the video above, my husband was able to apply one of these exactly as shown. So far, it feels great & seems to be helping. My posture isn’t horrible, but this tape has already been a great help when I slip up & slouch in my office chair during work. The tape adheres good & was easy for my husband to apply to my back. I’ve been plenty active since we’ve applied it & it seems to be retaining its adhesion quite well. I even had a decently long jump roping session & it’s right where it was when I started. I sure appreciate that this comes in a pack of 4 & that it’s made by our fine neighbours in Toronto, Canada. The quality is top-notch & I can definitely recommend them to all who need a little postural support.

These are great for those that suffer from lower back pain! They won't solve it of course, but provide you a little extra support when you need it! The adhesive is strong and water resistant. That being said, if you use them while sweating for a few hours, you'll notice the edges starting to detach, but I can't blame it. If you're looking for a little extra support for your lower back, I highly recommend this tape!

I had tennis elbow for along period of time and I use spidertech by chance in canfitpro events and I find it very useful. I experience no pain after use even with a very hard working day in canfitpro event and carrying heavy stuff.

Love these pre-cut strips! So easy to apply and I feel relief almost instantly. I swim with them and sweat with them running and cycling. They work if I’m sore or tweaked something. Hooray for spider tech i-strips! Great colours too.

I've used kinesiology tapes in the past so I know they are very effective and provide a lot of support to different parts of the body. However, I don't like having to cut them to fit the different parts of my body. I love that this tape comes pre-cut/pre-shaped specifically for the knee area. I started applying them for running and I've noticed my knees feel so much more supported. They stick on well, but don't irritate my skin. They are also sweat-proof. These are high-quality k-tapes and I really recommend them if you're looking for some additional support for your knees.

I have terrible sciatica. I am actually on Pain meds for it, I had my husband put it on my back and had it for four days before it started to loosen up a bit and we took it off put on a new one same situation for five days. It really really helped my pain. Very very impressed. I’ve been using Spidertech for hip and leg for a couple of years now it’s a very good product. We continue to buy it.

Much higher quality than the KT tape rolls. The packaging, materials used on the tape, and instruction are all excellent. Yes, you do pay more per ft of tape than if you just buy the rolls, but if you are looking for quality, these are great. Maybe not for everyone, especially those who are price sensitive. But if money isn't a concern, the higher price does reflect in the overall quality.

The adhesive on these strips held up over an entire workday. I do a lot of heavy lifting and these appeared to do a very good job in helping to keep my back from getting achy as the day went on. Applying them was a bit tricky the first time as you have to do it strictly by feel; the included instructions were very helpful, though. I look forward to continuing to use them in the future.

We use this for relief after my husband has had medical scans. It is easy for me to apply before we leave and his back doesn't tense up on the 40 mile car home.

I am using kinesiology tape on my foot for a persistent and highly annoying tendonitis. These precut strips for the hip work just fine for me when cut in half and placed in the appropriate location on my foot. They stick well and most of the time will stay in place for 2-3 days. Kinesiology tape is expensive, there's no getting around it, and precut tape is even more so. The cost is somewhat offset by the fact that you can leave it on for several days, but this style at about $2.50 per application is on a par with using a plain roll. I recommend this product.

I have been using Kinesiology tape for years and love it. It has helped me with leg and Achilles pain, shoulders, arms and neck pain too. I am pretty picky about Kinesiology tape and have found my favorite brand to be Hampton brand which comes in a big roll (2 inches wide by 135 feet long). It is $45. Comparing to this product, the cost of this product is $38 for four 3 inch wide by 15 inches for a total of 60 inches (5 feet long total). So you can see this is quite a bit more expensive than buying a bulk roll of tape. The unique thing about this product is that it is much wider than most kinesiology tape (3 inches vs. 2 inches), plus it is precut especially for the hip with 5 inches split down the middle. The corners are cut really nicely rounded. With a bulk roll you would have to cut specially for the split and round corners. The other thing is this is made specifically to target the hip with clear instructions on the back of the tape (step 1,2,3) with instruction on where and how to apply it. There is also an online video on this product page so you can learn how to do it properly with visual instruction. I love that! I have spent hours looking at kinesiology instructions online for various ailments, so this product really is a time saver. The quality of the product is superb too. It stays in place and has the elasticity I would expect from a professional quality kinesiology tape. It doesn’t leave a sticky residue after removing either. I am giving this a 5-star rating because it is good quality, functions well, easy to use, superior instructions, precut, etc. It is expensive, but I think very much worth it if you are looking to use Kinesiology tape on your hip. It is for someone who has never applied K-tape before. I would however recommend having someone like a friend or partner apply it. You can apply it yourself, but it will turn out better if you have someone do it for you - especially with the price, you don’t want to blow it on the application!

Gosh, when I was in chiropractic school we had to take classes to learn this stuff, and how to create supportive designs for each joint and muscle group out of the same strip of tape. This makes it so much easier for anyone to use, with or without seeing your chiro or PT for assistance. For that alone, I think it's worth the cost of $10 per. Good adhesive and user-friendly option to support yourself.

The packaging on this is very impressive and feels fancy. This makes it a wonderful thing for yourself or to give others. Each cut and wraps nicely over your shoulder. The material is the softest of any kinesiology tapes I have felt yet. Very impressive with presentation and product.

I love kinesiology tape for pain relief and joint support. I have a hard time getting the application just right to support my joints. This tape is precut to the perfect shape to help me apply it for perfect joint support. This is also packaged perfectly to allow for easy use. The precut strips have a separator layer to keep the tape from sticking to each-other. These are made from highly quality tape, that has a superior adhesive that stays better than most other kinesiology tapes. I highly recommend if you want perfectly precut kinesiology tape. You get what you pay for, and these are a superior product that is worth the higher price.

I got this for an upcoming ultra race in case hips give me trouble. The video attached helped me understand how to apply well and it comes with thorough directions. There are several videos out there for taping injuries also. Tape is typical Kinesiology tape and sturdy. Love how they are pre-cut and attached to easily applied forms. They make it super easy to use! Highly recommend!

I am a huge fan of this particular Professional Pre-Cut Cotton Kinesiology Tape for Right Shoulder Support! It is very strong and sticks extremely well! I can even wear it on my hot tub, and it won't come off! It does a nice job of supporting the shoulder and is non-invasive and comfortable to wear! I highly recommend it!

Material is thicker and therefore firmer than the k-tape generic rolls. The cut-out helps quicken the taping process. Definitely go to their website and see the info provided to get the best result.

Besides being very helpful when it is precut, this company provided the most support for using their kinesiology tape product. A QR Code sends you to their website where you learn how to put on the tape. It tells you how to position your arm ( in my case for my LEFT SHOULDER ) so I will get proper taping procedure and thus, support.

This is a really nice set of Kinesiology Tape for a beginner. This set has pre-cut pieces for hip support. It comes with a very through set of instructions. The only down side is there are not very many pre-cut strips. Again great for a beginner who hasn't used Kinesiology tape before.

I have a back injury from throwing a ball. These tape is easier to self adhere because of the premade cuts. Also, the blue color is nice. Stayed on for a day.

This tape is awesome! It sticks well and could not be easier to apply. You can watch a video of how to apply it. It does not come off when you shower and should last 3 to 5 days depending on how much activity you do. The relief that it gives you is amazing. I will be using this tape more.

I tried many different k tape and I can say this is one of the best one I tried. It came with a quick guide how to tape various parts of the body. Common pain area like knee, lower back, shoulder, neck, elbow. The tape adhesive is excellent. Ktape stay on for 3 to 4 days. It's quick to dry after a taking a shower. It stretch just the right amount. Good amount of precut tape in the pack. Great value!

I bought this to add to my first aid kit supplies, as I think there should be a variety of items in it. This is an excellent addition to my first aid kit and exactly what I wanted. I really like that each piece is individually packaged, so I can add just one in a kit, if I choose, or take one when I travel. It makes things more portable, and I really appreciate that. Overall, I'm very happy and glad that I bought this.

I've never used pre-cute KT tape but this is so handy! Normally I just estimate the length and cut all my strips individually, but this makes it much easier to apply the tape exactly where it's needed. I feel like this wears well even with sweating as long as you prep the area adequately (clean, dry skin, no lotion).

Works great, it is essentially a precut sports tape patch for the lower back, you take it out and hopefully have someone to assist in putting it on. It comes with 4 inside the box. It will last all day easy, I did a gym lifting workout and then shower, and a session of BJJ and this last with no issues. Helps give that little bit of extra support.

I go to physical therapy for my right shoulder. This tape gave the slightest amount of help with the weakness and pain. It's a nightmare to apply by yourself. They so a very good job explaining how to apply and the numbered backing is key to getting on there good. You really need a second person to help you. Mine stayed on for about 24 hours before I took it off myself. For the most part once its on the arm and shoulder you forget about it being there.

If you're interested in this, I highly recommend researching the proper way to use kinesiology tape before sticking this stuff to you.You can use this tape on sore and stiff joints, pulled/strained/sprained ligaments, and other areas where you'd need the extra support. The tape does a great job at providing stability in unstable areas.But again, with stuff like this, find an expert to show you how to use it, or at least, go online and do some research.

I love using kinesiology tape because I get more mobility from it than when I use my normal braces and this tape is comparable to other tapes I've tried. It is not pre cut but does have markings on the back. It adheres well but it didn't take long for the corners to come up which was my fault for not rounding the corners. It came off well, didn't leave any residue and it wasn't painful while removing from my arm that has hair. I wore it for 3 days before taking it off, the box says that it last up to 5 days and I'm sure it can if not place on a joint. I put mine on my wrist so by the 3rd day the wrist area was all lose. From my pictures you can see the day by day wear of it. I think for being on my wrist the tape did very well.

This pre-cut tape makes it convenient to use. It has numbers on the back to help you with the application. You still need someone to put it on for you since it goes on your back. It's packed like high-end products are. The strips are separated by paper and they also included alcohol wipes for you to clean your skin before application. I've used the original KT tape before and find this to be comparable in terms of adhesion and support.

It provides extra support during my workouts, and it was very easy to apply, it did stay in place during my intense workouts. It is very comfortable and breathable and it didn't irritate my skin.

This is very nice quality kinesiology tape. It is designed and pre-cut for the lower back, though can be used on shoulder, elbow, knee, or other areas. It sticks very nicely to clean skin, and stays on for about three days, even through showering. It has a good thickness and the right amount of stretch. The only downside is that there are only four of them in the pack, so they are pricey.

This is close to what it appears to be in pictures - but - it's larger in size than it appears, and...it's much heavier duty. It's sort of like a super heavy duty cloth bandage, but huge instead of a small strip! What I'm trying to say is this is a bigger, heavier duty version of any other kinesiology tape I've seen/used and I can recommend. Well packed with multiple pieces, arrived quickly. Easy to use, and effective!

I've had a lot of aches, pains, and injuries and always wanted to try kinesiology tape but it seemed complicated to figure out the correct placement and direction of it. But these strips are so easy to use. The QR code shows you a detailed video, the numbered strips make it so simple. And it has really helped a lot. I regularly use k tape and this was my first time trying this brand and also this pre-cut variety. The tape arrived nicely packaged in a box and was in perfect condition. There are 4 pieces included, each separated by a sheet of paper (which is I assume is so they don't somehow stick together). The tape applies well (assuming clean/dry skin) and is durable/stays put well. I have not showered in it but I have slept in it. It does provide good relief - like something is "holding" your lower back. I like that the guesswork is taken out as compared to single pieces. I like the tan color - it is in a place doesn't doesn't typically get much public exposure but the tan color is not seen through clothes. Finally, it is best if you have someone help you apply on your lower back. Since only 4 sheets are included and it is fairly pricey, having a second person eliminates the chance of messing up.

We used this K tape on my hubbys lower back a few days ago and he had positive results. Very easy to use and comes with step-by-step instructions.

This tape is on par with name brands. It works effectively for my shoulder when I play volleyball, and it's easy to apply and remove without any mess. It adheres well and provides excellent support. I've had a few Spidertech tapes. These are precut and easy to apply. Simple sticky tape to apply. Also included are some alcohol wipes for before application and after removal. Provides some good support and ache & pain relief.

This shoulder tape is pretty easy to align and put on. I'm used to cutting strips to the desired length, rounding the corners, and sticking the pieces where I need them. This shoulder shape is definitely easier and it's nice to just place it and go. The stickiness is medium strength compared to other brands I've used. I've gotten less adhesive rashes from this one, but it also doesn't stay as long as some of the other stickier options.

Although I need someone to apply the Spidertech tape to my injured shoulder, it does seem to stabilize it for everyday activities and I like that it can stay on for a few days at a time. I hope that it will enable me to rehab my shoulder more efficiently.

I use 3 of these strips twice a week during doubles tennis play, on my Achilles, both legs and on a knee. I use them as injury preventative measure, having had problem previously with partially torn tendons and stretched ligaments. The confidence they provide allows my 78 year old body to continue to scamper and get balls I likely should let go!

I have a postural problem with my right shoulder that is tilted forward. That causes me a lot of neck pain and discomfort in my shoulder and upper/middle back and tightness in my chest. The pro posture tape reduced my neck pain and made me have a straighter back (I had a dance show and when I watched the videos of myself on stage I noticed that my back was nice a straight). The only thing was that I had little a little skin reaction on a small surface of my skin, so next time I may consider using the gentle adhesive Pro Posture instead of the black one, which by the way did not come off after 4 days, and I swam with it during 2 of those 4 days.

Bought this for my husband. He has had bicep head repair x2 and often has soreness. But recently has torn his labrum and needs a lot of support. He has been wearing this for the past week and seems to be able to have pretty good range of motion without too much grabbing of pain. He feels, “it has given some good support”.

This was the first time using kinesiology tape. These come in a sleek packaging and individual packets. There is easy directions on the back of the actual tape and each package contains an alcohol wipe to use to get all the oil off your skin and make it stick better. I wore this all day and I feel like it provided support. It also came off super easy and didn't irritate my skin. $38 for 4 wraps is a good deal. I received this product for free through Vine, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I was taught how to use this tape after an ankle injury and was excited to give this pre-cut tape a try. It worked well. Strong hold, easy to put on, easy to remove, and not too much residue left behind. I'd say it performed as well or better than the better roll tapes I've used. The convenience of it being pre-cut is awesome. It does come at a price though. Time is money so you'll have to decide if the convenience is worth the price for you.

I first was exposed to kinesiology tape when I went to physical therapy after an injury (for my back, not for my ankle). I got the tape applied to my low back and neck area and definitely noticed an improvement in my range of motion. I think it didn't necessarily result in pain relief or anything like that but rather it was helpful in my being able to move myself easier. With this ankle tape, I followed the directions and applied as I do have some new foot issues. I would actually recommend watching videos online on how different physical therapists apply the tape to various parts of the foot/ankle. I applied it towards the midfoot area after following directions I found online. The tape stayed adhered to my skin for much longer than anticipated (FYI, the tape generally stays on pretty well for any brand but quite a few will lose their rigidity pretty quickly and especially if you take a shower). This one is pretty good so I am happy with that. I have only used this on the sole of my foot and low ankle area thus far so I can't comment on any other body parts. As of now, the tape has been holding well and the precut aspect is great so I don't need to measure.

This brand works just as well as the stuff I got from the physical therapist's office. And it's a bit cheaper too. Very pleased that even in the shower it holds tight. Comes off easy, well, as easy as can be expected.

This kinesiology tape is working as well as the major brand as far as staying on goes. We have gone through a lot of kinesiology tape and I like that they are now making it pre-cut. This makes it easier to put it on correctly and it also seems like we are using less, although the precut is priced a bit higher.

I play badminton a lot and need kinesiology tape for my ankles to help keep them in good condition. The tape I've been using up until now is pretty thick and I find myself actually cutting them in half which leads to the residue catching on my clothes. These ones are already cut thin and work amazing, don't catch on my clothes and are super low profile. Huge fan!

The straps are easy to apply, comfortable when on and work well to bring support and comfort. The tape sticks well even when perspiring and is easily removed without damaging skin. The tape supports the muscles very well and moves along with muscles so not to be too restrictive.

This tape is good and really does stick well. Feels like it is made of quality material so it should stay on all day if needed as well. It is precut so there is no real guessing how or where to place the tape. Once placed it really made a difference in the discomfort I felt in my ankles.

Applying these ankle ones are a little awkward initially to put on by yourself but I have now mastered it! The quality of the tape and the glue to keep them attached is great. They are VERY comfortable once you get them on...initially you kind of notice them but then, eventually, you don't even feel them! I get a lot of pain relief from these! Ordering was simple and shipping was fast. Highly recommend!!!

This tape works very well. Helped a lot with my foot pain and I felt my posture getting better since I wasn't distributing weight abnormally on my feet. The tape didn't fully stick though and started coming off immediately in one place. After cutting that part off, the remaining tape worked fine

Exactly what I needed. I used to try to tape it myself. But these pre cut ones specific for those areas of my body was exactly what I needed and save me hours trying to do it myself.

Application instructions are easy to understand, easy to follow band there are step by step videos available as well. Only getting one day wear, not the three + advertised,as the product does not remain adhered to the bottom of the foot. The other areas it sticks as advertised.
