I've used kinesiology tapes in the past so I know they are very effective and provide a lot of support to different parts of the body. However, I don't like having to cut them to fit the different parts of my body. I love that this tape comes pre-cut/pre-shaped specifically for the knee area. I started applying them for running and I've noticed my knees feel so much more supported. They stick on well, but don't irritate my skin. They are also sweat-proof. These are high-quality k-tapes and I really recommend them if you're looking for some additional support for your knees.

It is a great product, but I reacted to the tape.

Have had difficulty putting the knee pro on and already wasted a pair. The tape loses it ability to adhere to my skin too easily.

I had a meniscus tear in left knee which didn't require surgery but I had a lot of pain and couldn't do my normal exercise routine for 5 weeks. After resting the knee I still had some pain and remembered I had used the spidertech before on my shoulder. I've been using the pre-cut knee tape and I've had a good result - much less pain and better flexibility. I love the "how to apply" video which made it easy to apply correctly. I am confident with continued use of the knee tape, I will be pain free.

This tape is helping. My husband is having knee replacement surgery in five months and his pain level has decreased with this tape. I highly recommend it.

Although my first attempt was a little off in placing, it provided the support it needed… since my knee replacement, these strips have helped me tremendously, and even approved by my physiotherapist!!! Allows me more stability and confidence in my dance and karate training. Thank you!

The knee tape gave me just the support I needed. Felt relief immediately. A little tricky to get on just right. Also will get a little expensive for every day wear.

This precut version is quite effective but does need some minor practice to perfect application. Thank you for the one piece design.

Application takes some patience. But once the tape is in place I feel supported.

The pre-cutectape is helpful in protecting my leg and promoting proprioception on uneven terrain.

I've been cutting my own strips of Spidertech for my knees and decided to try the pre-cut. They work reasonably well. I am 5"3 and 110 lbs and feel that the #2 and #3 tabs are too long for my leg. Have you considered having two sizes available? Also perhaps put 5 or 10 strips in one package to save on the excess paper and plastic packaging with individually wrapped. Thanks

I LOVE these products (I also buy the calf precuts), but the last few orders, I’ve found they do not adhere as well - and I go so far as to wash the skin and then go over it with rubbing alcohol to make sure all the oil is gone. (And I’m a cyclist, so my legs are shaved.)

I have loved the Spidertech tape for several years. During PT before and after knee replacement surgery the tape was the best at giving me the support I needed. I'm in the rehab stage and doing well but I still love the stability and support I get from this Full Knee product, I use it when at the gym and for my daily walking, you can't go wrong with this product!

I was quite disappointed with the adhesive. It did not stick to my skin very well and i was careful to put it on clean dry skin.

A little difficult to apply (I have a larger size leg). I do feel more stability in my knee with it in.

Order came quickly. Followed step-by-step instructions on YouTube but found that it was difficult not to get creases in tape when applying. Found tape was a lot lighter and thinner than I was used to. Will continue to use (bought 10) and hopefully application will get easier. Otherwise good idea and when on, even with creases in tape did a good job.

Application, for me, was difficult. Also, portion #1 that goes on first has stayed on but the #2 portion has not stayed put. I really wanted this to work so I will try again.

I works very well for long day at work however the corner of the tape started to peal up. I love this product am I'm glad I found something that work because normal knee braces just fell of after two hours at work.

Good, did not get tight feeling. I like that I adjust the fit to my knee. No binding or riding up. Last several days even with showering.

Great product, comfortable, supportive not restrictive staying in place. My son did notice a bit of a rash after a few weeks of use. Nothing sever, and it cleared in a couple of days. I may try the sensitive skin products if it persists.

put supports on according to instructions, first one put on about two hours before I went to bed,woke up in the morning and half the support was hanging off knee, next day put one on after I got up and before I went to work. Got home that evening and this support was just as the one I wore to bed . Total waste of money.

Loved it. Great product.

Very good, although could have more strength and stretch. Reasonably easy, self application. Lasted four days, which was impressive, and did give patellar support. Was hardly aware it was in place.

I like the ease of application and design but it could have better adhesive in my opinion.

Absolutely loved it

Applying was pretty easy as are most of spidertech's tapes lasted about 4 - 5days helped a bit but needed an extra piece of tape to fully support my torn miniscus, other areas there was more than i needed.

Fit was good but did not stay on as long as i hoped need to apply adhesive spray with this product

Doesn’t stick well, can be easily removed if under clothing. Had on arm & leg while bowling. I was cutting as it started coming a loose. Help w/knee issue, not that simple put on, but comes off easy.

Just wish the cardboard was perforated better.

Although I had pain relief when I applied the tape to my knee, I could not get the tape to stay on. I was therefore disappointed with the product.

The adhesive worked well, even with my history of allergies to adhesive - the sensitive skin type worked perfectly for me! The size of the pre-cut tape was the right size and was easy to apply. So grateful I found this product!
