Kinesiology tape can be hit or miss for some folks. My wife, for example, is sensitive to certain adhesives on the skin. I didn't have any issue with these, but she did. That said it's more of a her problem than a problem with this product, but I wanted to bring it up in case you're one of those who are sensitive to tapes. This cut is specifically for low back, and honestly I don't really prefer straight vertical like these strips in the way they're cut here. I'd rather an H pattern than a big W so that the tape can do it's job in the proper locations. Although, I guess you could use 2 pieces and invert the second and cut the excess...

I regularly use k tape and this was my first time trying this brand and also this pre-cut variety. The tape arrived nicely packaged in a box and was in perfect condition. There are 4 pieces included, each separated by a sheet of paper (which is I assume is so they don't somehow stick together). The tape applies well (assuming clean/dry skin) and is durable/stays put well. I have not showered in it but I have slept in it. It does provide good relief - like something is "holding" your lower back. I like that the guesswork is taken out as compared to single pieces. I like the tan color - it is in a place doesn't doesn't typically get much public exposure but the tan color is not seen through clothes. Finally, it is best if you have someone help you apply on your lower back. Since only 4 sheets are included and it is fairly pricey, having a second person eliminates the chance of messing up.

I bought this tape for my nephew who works in construction. He said the tape is very comfortable and provides protection from pulling a muscle. He does need assistance when applying the tape to his back but with effort he can do it himself. When he perspires the tape remains with no problem. The tape is easy to remove without harming the skin. This is a great alternative to a clumsy brace.

This is close to what it appears to be in pictures - but - it's larger in size than it appears, and...it's much heavier duty. It's sort of like a super heavy duty cloth bandage, but huge instead of a small strip! What I'm trying to say is this is a bigger, heavier duty version of any other kinesiology tape I've seen/used and I can recommend. Well packed with multiple pieces, arrived quickly. Easy to use, and effective!

This is very nice quality kinesiology tape. It is designed and pre-cut for the lower back, though can be used on shoulder, elbow, knee, or other areas. It sticks very nicely to clean skin, and stays on for about three days, even through showering. It has a good thickness and the right amount of stretch. The only downside is that there are only four of them in the pack, so they are pricey.

Works great, it is essentially a precut sports tape patch for the lower back, you take it out and hopefully have someone to assist in putting it on. It comes with 4 inside the box. It will last all day easy, I did a gym lifting workout and then shower, and a session of BJJ and this last with no issues. Helps give that little bit of extra support.

I've never used pre-cute KT tape but this is so handy! Normally I just estimate the length and cut all my strips individually, but this makes it much easier to apply the tape exactly where it's needed. I feel like this wears well even with sweating as long as you prep the area adequately (clean, dry skin, no lotion).

I tried many different k tape and I can say this is one of the best one I tried. It came with a quick guide how to tape various parts of the body. Common pain area like knee, lower back, shoulder, neck, elbow. The tape adhesive is excellent. Ktape stay on for 3 to 4 days. It's quick to dry after a taking a shower. It stretch just the right amount. Good amount of precut tape in the pack. Great value!

I have a back injury from throwing a ball. These tape is easier to self adhere because of the premade cuts. Also, the blue color is nice. Stayed on for a day.

This tape is awesome! It sticks well and could not be easier to apply. You can watch a video of how to apply it. It does not come off when you shower and should last 3 to 5 days depending on how much activity you do. The relief that it gives you is amazing. I will be using this tape more.

PROS: I'll give this five stars for the tape. It has the right amount of stretch. It sticks well... Through my workout and even through my shower. The ends don't curl up. I has a bit more of a soft "fabric" feel than other tapes, which I like. It's a pretty color. CONS: You pay a lot to get a tape that is cut for a specific need, with only 4 in the box. And it is over-packaged, with a layer of paper between each of the four tapes, and a lot of cardboard. This could have been packaged with a lot less going to the landfill.

Material is thicker and therefore firmer than the k-tape generic rolls. The cut-out helps quicken the taping process. Definitely go to their website and see the info provided to get the best result.

This is an excellent kinesiology tape set. The tape itself is flexible and the adhesive is strong. I wore it for three days (with showers) just to test the adhesive…and I still peeled it off before it fell off. I could really feel the benefits of it in my back. It helped me remain more mobile, and my lower back stayed warm and limber when I wasn’t working. For the cost, though, this is definitely something for professional and serious athletes - and I’m not. The only issue I really have is with application. The backing is “tear first” and doesn’t easily peel separately. The tearing is difficult (that backing is strong as the tape itself) so this led to the tape trying to stick back to itself just trying to get it applied. You also cannot self-apply this - so make sure you have a full staff of trainers ready to help you out with this. Make sure they find and watch the video first.

This is very nice kinesiology tape for the lower back. It is sturdy, sticks well, stays in place for a good amount of time, and has positive results for lower back pain. It is nice to have the tape pre cut and shaped for use on the lower back. Though it can also be cut to use for different areas.

This particular Kinesiology tape is really awesome! It is very sticky, staying put wherever you place it, and even stays on after showers, hot tub use or a bath! It is also very supportive of the area you apply it to! I am thrilled with it and give it a glowing recommendation!

I really like these pre-cut kinesiology tapes. They stick on very well without irritating the skin. I appreciate that they are pre-cut to fit the lower back area. I was suffering from some lower back pain and these tapes were really helpful in providing more support and helping to heal that area. They are easy to use and stick well, but are also easy to remove. Overall, I really like these tapes.

These are great for those that suffer from lower back pain! They won't solve it of course, but provide you a little extra support when you need it! The adhesive is strong and water resistant. That being said, if you use them while sweating for a few hours, you'll notice the edges starting to detach, but I can't blame it. If you're looking for a little extra support for your lower back, I highly recommend this tape!

The adhesive on these strips held up over an entire workday. I do a lot of heavy lifting and these appeared to do a very good job in helping to keep my back from getting achy as the day went on. Applying them was a bit tricky the first time as you have to do it strictly by feel; the included instructions were very helpful, though. I look forward to continuing to use them in the future.

These precut tapes are super convenient and easy to use. It’s comfortable to wear and is a good size for my tennis elbow. It has a good level of stickiness and removing it has not left irritating skin which is a plus.

Much higher quality than the KT tape rolls. The packaging, materials used on the tape, and instruction are all excellent. Yes, you do pay more per ft of tape than if you just buy the rolls, but if you are looking for quality, these are great. Maybe not for everyone, especially those who are price sensitive. But if money isn't a concern, the higher price does reflect in the overall quality.

I have terrible sciatica. I am actually on Pain meds for it, I had my husband put it on my back and had it for four days before it started to loosen up a bit and we took it off put on a new one same situation for five days. It really really helped my pain. Very very impressed. I’ve been using SpiderTech for hip and leg for a couple of years now it’s a very good product. We continue to buy it.

If you don't get the ends positioned and stuck one the first try, the sticky doesn't stick and begins to roll. Otherwise, the tape tends to stay put. Can hurt (like pulling off a bandage) when removing the center where it tends to stick the best. Love that the strips are already cut and shaped!!

These two samples you sent me were lot better than the original roll that initially I purchased. Here are the issues that I experienced with them: There is grate deal of itching around the tape which ends up with rash. I had to take medication to stop further redness and itching.
