Tape lasted more than they pre-cut ones. It started peeling the next day though, but only 1 of 2 strips came off and the other one last much longer even with shower!

I have a postural problem with my right shoulder that is tilted forward. That causes me a lot of neck pain and discomfort in my shoulder and upper/middle back and tightness in my chest. The pro posture tape reduced my neck pain and made me have a straighter back (I had a dance show and when I watched the videos of myself on stage I noticed that my back was nice a straight). The only thing was that I had little a little skin reaction on a small surface of my skin, so next time I may consider using the gentle adhesive Pro Posture instead of the black one, which by the way did not come off after 4 days, and I swam with it during 2 of those 4 days

My wife uses Spidertech a lot, particularly the pre-cut back and the gentle rolls. Helps her with back and muscle pain.

Although I need someone to apply the Spidertech tape to my injured shoulder, it does seem to stabilize it for everyday activities and I like that it can stay on for a few days at a time. I hope that it will enable me to rehab my shoulder more efficiently.

This shoulder tape is pretty easy to align and put on. I'm used to cutting strips to the desired length, rounding the corners, and sticking the pieces where I need them. This shoulder shape is definitely easier and it's nice to just place it and go.
The stickiness is medium strength compared to other brands I've used. I've gotten less adhesive rashes from this one, but it also doesn't stay as long as some of the other stickier options.

Like it says in the product info this helps with proprioceptive feedback. Really can't put this on your back without a second person. Sometimes you don't realize if you're using your lower back to lift something. With this tape it gives you an improved sense via the tape on skin.

This was the first time using kinesiology tape. These come in a sleek packaging and individual packets. There is easy directions on the back of the actual tape and each package contains an alcohol wipe to use to get all the oil off your skin and make it stick better.

I wore this all day and I feel like it provided support. It also came off super easy and didn't irritate my skin.
