I am a huge fan of this particular Professional Pre-Cut Cotton Kinesiology Tape for Postural Support! It is very sticky, with an excellent adhesive quality and stays on, even when I get into my hot tub and sauna! it does an excellent job of supporting the affected area as advertised and I am excited to see what it can do for me! I highly recommend it!

Spidertech Pre-cut K-Tape is great for treating upper back muscle issues or just generally helping to improve posture. I am dealing with some trap issues due to overexertion at work and using this as part of a treatment regiment. Love that the tape is pre-cut for the back and can be applied with minimal assistance. The tape stayed in place even while working, working out, and through a shower. I chucked it after a day, but it was still adhering really well for how much use it was getting. Speaking of adhesion, this Spidertech K-Tape has really good adhesion in the sense you can feel how good it sticks while you're wearing it. It's really providing both structural support as well as allowing circulatory flow to the affected area.

I have some pretty gnarly upper back issues & thought I’d try these out. After watching the video above, my husband was able to apply one of these exactly as shown. So far, it feels great & seems to be helping. My posture isn’t horrible, but this tape has already been a great help when I slip up & slouch in my office chair during work. The tape adheres good & was easy for my husband to apply to my back. I’ve been plenty active since we’ve applied it & it seems to be retaining its adhesion quite well. I even had a decently long jump roping session & it’s right where it was when I started. I sure appreciate that this comes in a pack of 4 & that it’s made by our fine neighbors in Toronto, Canada. The quality is top-notch & I can definitely recommend them to all who need a little postural support.

I've had a few Spidertech tapes. These are precut and easy to apply. Simple sticky tape to apply. Also included are some alcohol wipes for before application and after removal. Provides some good support and ache & pain relief.

This pre-cut tape makes it convenient to use. It has numbers on the back to help you with the application. You still need someone to put it on for you since it goes on your back. It's packed like high-end products are. The strips are separated by paper and they also included alcohol wipes for you to clean your skin before application. I've used the original KT tape before and find this to be comparable in terms of adhesion and support.

I love kinesiology tape for pain relief and joint support. I have a hard time getting the application just right to support my joints. This tape is precut to the perfect shape to help me apply it for perfect joint support. This is also packaged perfectly to allow for easy use. The precut strips have a separator layer to keep the tape from sticking to each-other. These are made from highly quality tape, that has a superior adhesive that stays better than most other kinesiology tapes. I highly recommend if you want perfectly precut kinesiology tape. You get what you pay for, and these are a superior product that is worth the higher price.

Extra relief in the shoulders

These are great for my shoulders. they do work and last for awhile, even after the shower. They stick nicely and don't leave and residue when you take it off

This tape is very good and sticks great. The tape application will take a second person, but the instructions and the video make it about as simple as possible. It does make a difference to help you remain in good posture. It is like a gentle reminder when you start slumping over.

I’ve had back posture issues for years and this product makes a big difference I would recommend it to everyone please give it a go! Justin and angus were amazing and a lot of help :)

I have tried several different kinds of thing to help correct my posture. First week using these and it has already made a difference in how I stand. Everytime I try and hunch my shoulders it gently tugs and reminds me to stand up straight. Only down falls are trying to put a sports bra on without folding the edges of the tape back. Also, you need assistance to put the tape on...so make sure you thibk about that before you buy. I bought the beige color so I can wear underneath my day to day clothes without even knowing.

This tape works very well. Helped a lot with my foot pain and I felt my posture getting better since I wasn't distributing weight abnormally on my feet. The tape didn't fully stick though and started coming off immediately in one place. After cutting that part off, the remaining tape worked fine

Amazing design you can feel working immediately. Very happy I purchased this specific piece it feels different then just making my own with a role .Stronger and very supportive.

While we have not used them yet we are excited about the pre-cut coming in so many different applications. As volleyball coach this will speed up the taping process and make it easier based on where it is needed!!
